The section of river course to be harnessed is 60.37km long and total area to be harnessed is 1,023.9 hectares. Comprehensive Harnessing Project of the Yinmahe River and the Qingyihe River in Xuchang

The Yinmahe River is totally 19.2km long and the Qingyihe River is totally 20.29km long. The scope of harnessing includes five components, i.e., dike consolidation, river course harnessing, gates, bridges and landscaping. This project makes Xuchang one of the first-batch national pilots in water eco-civilization construction.
