There are 1267 technologists, including 90 professor engineers, 361 senior engineers, and nearly 1000 person-time registered architects, structural engineers, cost estimators, and supervision engineers, etc.

Education Structure

As a science and technology intensive enterprise, YREC always values hiring high quality talents, and pays attention to cultivating and developing them. The whole knowledge and skill level of current staff is relatively high, bachelor degree or above has reached over 50% of staff.

Age Structure

For the reconnaissance and designing personnel, 35-45 is the golden age of work. The chart above tells that 67% of the personnel are under 45, and the most capable staff who ages between 36-45 is 40% of all. The age structure is relatively reasonable.
